Rasul Kassam is a licensed Occupational Therapist and Certified Disability Management Professional with over 23 years of experience in clinical care, workplace health, and rehabilitation. He holds a BSc in Occupational Therapy (Honours) and a Bachelor of Kinesiology from McMaster University, along with certifications in office and industrial ergonomics and training in mental health and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
Rasul specializes in disability management, helping individuals recover from orthopedic, soft tissue, cognitive, and mental health challenges. He provides clinical treatment, medical-legal assessments, and integrated workplace solutions that enhance employee engagement in ergonomics, disability management, and corporate wellness—always with a focus on restoring function and independence.
He has held senior leadership roles in the corporate and municipal sectors, where he developed wellness strategies, benefit evaluations, and return-to-work programs that align health outcomes with organizational wellness solutions and goals.
