A licensed Occupational Therapist and Certified Disability Management ProfessionaL.  Rasul holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy (Honours) and a Bachelor of Kinesiology, both from McMaster University.

With over 23 years of experience, Rasul has supported individuals recovering from orthopedic injuries, soft tissue conditions, and mental health challenges. He provides both clinical treatment and medical-legal assessments with a focus on restoring function and daily living abilities.

For over a decade, Rasul held senior roles in the corporate and municipal sectors, where he developed and led wellness initiatives, benefit program evaluations, and disability management strategies. 

His expertise bridges clinical care with organizational health, helping employers create customized, sustainable wellness solutions.
